The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Making 75+ outbound calls per day
- Prospecting through phone, email and other channels
- Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Understanding customer challenges and identifying opportunities
- Qualifying prospects and booking product demonstrations
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Working towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious, competitive and resilient people who want to build a career in sales.
You'll need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence speaking to people over the phone
- A strong work ethic
- Resilience and determination
- A competitive mindset
- The ability to take coaching and learn quickly
Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not essential.
