Our Vision:
A world without financial friction.
Our Purpose:

At Yapily, we're building a powerful, scalable, and secure open banking infrastructure that redefines how the world interacts with value.
Our open banking platform powers leading companies, such as Adyen, Intuit QuickBooks, and Google. By delivering payment initiation, bank data access, and pre-built products, we enable businesses to innovate fast and push the boundaries of financial technology.
As an early pioneer of open banking, we're actively shaping the future of this industry with unrivalled expertise and a relentless focus on innovation.
About the Role
This role reports to the Demand Gen and SDR Lead, with a dotted-line relationship to the Sales Director, and will sit within one of our core sales verticals. Outbound outreach is the primary focus of this position. You will play a key role in driving Yapily’s pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across your assigned vertical.
What you will do
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating pipeline through targeted outbound activities, including email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, sequences, and calling. You will identify and engage decision-makers, nurture early-stage interest, and convert these prospects into qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
You will also be the first point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring that every enquiry is quickly and effectively qualified. This will involve assessing fit, understanding challenges, and providing a seamless handover to the broader sales team.
Working closely with your Account Executive and the marketing team, you will help execute outbound campaigns, refine messaging, and share market insights. Strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and product will be essential to communicate Yapily’s value and represent us effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
