Company Description

We're an international e-commerce and product development company, part of the Nexstar group, working with clients across the UK and Europe. Our team builds and grows online businesses on Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus and Hyvä, alongside broader commerce projects, and we're just as at home exploring what agentic commerce means for a client's roadmap as we are untangling a tricky platform migration. We sit alongside our sister company, Bytes Technolab, which focuses on product engineering and AI/ML, so there's genuine breadth to the work, and no two weeks look the same.

Location: Hybrid (1–3 days in the Leicester office, flexibility for remote work)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Base plus performance-related commission; OTE £50,000

Experience Level: 1-3 years

Job Function: Sales

Region: Midlands UK

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Leicester, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to key decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, conducting discovery calls, nurturing leads, and coordinating meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
