Sales Development Representative (SDR)
London (Hybrid – 4 Days Office / Friday WFH)
£27.5k Base + Commission | £33k OTE (Year 1)
A high-performing and fast-growing commercial business is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its London-based team.
This is a genuine launchpad into B2B sales—offering structured training, real deal exposure, and a clear, performance-driven path into Business Development and Account Executive roles. You’ll sit at the front of the revenue engine, directly influencing pipeline and growth.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for creating new opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline through high-quality outbound activity.
This is not a “script and dial” environment. You’ll be encouraged to think commercially, have intelligent conversations, and add real value from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
