Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Belfast / Remote UK | Flexible working
Up to £40,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE around 2x Base) + Excellent Benefits
Are you an ambitious B2B sales professional with experience in telematics or fleet technology, looking to join a fast-growing business in the fleet technology sector?
Our client provides AI-powered fleet technology that helps commercial fleet operators improve driver safety, reduce risk and increase operational efficiency. As the business continues to grow, they are investing heavily in their commercial team and are looking for an SDR to play a key role in generating high-quality opportunities across the UK.
This isn't a high-volume telesales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing high-quality marketing-generated and outbound opportunities, qualifying them through structured discovery and ultimately handing well-developed opportunities over to the company's strategic channel partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
