The Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients within an assigned territory.
- Engage potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns into actionable sales opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams and external customers, demonstrating strong sales planning and leadership.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the company's AI product offerings.

What You'll Need
- 6 months to 1+ year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and align them with business value.
- Strong professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- A drive for results, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to compete and win.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
