Join an innovative technology business transforming plastic traceability and recycling
Generate new business across major FMCG, retail and manufacturing organisations
Strong opportunity to develop into a Business Development role
The Company
Our client is a fast-growing technology business developing innovative QR code, barcode and traceability solutions that help organisations gather data, improve transparency and track products through the recycling process.
Established in 2018, the business is a first mover in its market and is developing two complementary products. Its core technology provides end-to-end traceability of plastic through recycling, while its QR technology enables businesses to collect customer data and create new marketing and storytelling opportunities.
The business already works with major organisations across FMCG, retail and manufacturing and has significant projects and pipeline in place as it continues to scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
