Role Description

The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, primarily through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses. The Sales Development Representative will engage potential clients via phone, email, video, and social channels to understand their travel needs, present Corporate Traveller UK’s solutions, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating closely with account managers and sales consultants, and contributing to sales campaigns and market research to drive pipeline growth.

  • Strong Inside Sales skills, including prospecting, outbound calling, and qualifying opportunities.
  • Proven Lead Generation experience, using digital tools, social selling, and targeted outreach.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with confidence in phone, email, and video interactions.
  • Foundational Sales and Business Development abilities, including opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive and resilient mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems and basic data analysis to manage leads and inform sales activities.
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or B2B services is an advantage but not required.
  • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field.
