Sales Development Representative – Construction Tech
A leading Construction Tech company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. Having raised over £110m in funding, the business is going through an exciting period of growth. Their cloud-based software provides project management, workforce management, and financial solutions, helping construction and infrastructure organisations solve complex operational challenges through technology.
They are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their growing GTM team. The role will focus on market research, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings for the senior sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-growing technology business.

This is a hybrid opportunity, with three days per week working from their Liverpool office and two days from home.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors
- Conduct market research to identify and engage prospective clients
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Work closely with Account Executives to generate and book qualified meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM
- Build a strong understanding of the construction technology market and target customer base
The Successful Candidate
- Previous outbound prospecting or sales experience is desirable
- Recent graduate with a genuine interest in building a career in sales
- Candidates from a range of customer-facing backgrounds will be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and motivated to develop within a sales environment
- Able to commute to the Liverpool office three days per week

Sales Development Representative Package
- Basic salary: up to £29,000
- +£10,000-15,000 uncapped commission
