What You’ll Get
- £26,000 base salary (could flex for the right experience)
- Uncapped commission, with realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000 - £40,000
- Clear progression: SDR → Senior SDR → Account Executive, Account Management, or Leadership
- Exposure to UK, European, and US markets
- Hybrid working - one day per week from home
- Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team
- Full onboarding, sales training, and ongoing 1:1 mentorship
- Exposure to client meetings and the full sales cycle from day one
- Regular team incentives and social events, including trips to Chester Races

You won’t be joining a large sales team where you’re left to figure things out for yourself.
You’ll work closely with an experienced technology sales leader who has built, coached, and developed high-performing sales teams within fast-growing SaaS and technology businesses.

The long-term goal is to develop you into someone who can confidently manage the full sales cycle - from identifying new opportunities and running discovery meetings through to presenting solutions, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage a pipeline of outbound sales opportunities
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research businesses and identify where the technology can add value
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior sales representatives
- Join client meetings and learn from experienced sales professionals
- Work towards daily KPIs and monthly targets
- Learn the product, market, and customer challenges inside-out
- Develop the skills needed to progress into a closing role
