We’re partnered with a growing Worcestershire based business that’s looking to add a Sales Development Representative to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with new people, and playing a key role in generating new business opportunities.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and research new prospects and key decision makers
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email
- Build consultative conversations with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Create professional, personalised sales cadences
- Understand the company's services and communicate their value effectively
- Work towards agreed KPIs and contribute to business growth
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to develop your sales skills
- Organise your workload to maximise productivity

What are we looking for
- At least 12 months' experience in a B2B sales or Sales Development role
- Confident communicator across phone, email and other channels
- Naturally organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and activity targets
- Proactive, self motivated and able to work independently
- Consultative approach with a genuine interest in building relationships
- Willing to learn, take feedback and continuously improve
