Sales Development Representative - Australia
Breezeway’s award-winning property operations and experience platform helps coordinate, communicate, and verify detailed work at properties. Powering over 55M property care tasks, Breezeway helps thousands of short-term rental managers and hospitality operators increase operational efficiency and boost service revenue while eliminating manual work and elevating the experience at each property.
Breezeway is hiring an SDR to own and develop the APAC market from the ground up.
Short-term rental is one of the fastest growing property segments across Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea, and Breezeway is building the team to match that opportunity. This is an early career role with real market ownership, not a seat in a call centre. You'll be the person putting Breezeway on the map across the region.
Fully remote. Based in Australia.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
- Research prospective clients across the APAC region, identify key decision makers, and generate genuine interest
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and execute lead strategies for the market
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars
- Work with channel and distribution partners to build pipeline and market awareness

Who You Are
- A strong communicator who can motivate and inspire prospects over the phone and in writing
- Driven to meet and exceed measurable goals
- Comfortable working autonomously across time zones and taking full ownership of your output
- Energetic, curious, and genuinely excited about building a career in sales
- Committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years in a sales role or a high-energy, target-driven environment
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities across a wide region
- Sharp attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Apps
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is a strong advantage
