Sales Development Representative - Legaltech SaaS

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

About LEAP

LEAP is the global leader in Legal Practice Productivity Solutions and part of ATI, one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years we have been developing innovative technology that helps lawyers run more efficient and profitable law firms.

Our mission is simple: to help lawyers who help people.

Our market-leading software is used by more than 100,000 lawyers and legal professionals in small and medium-sized law firms worldwide. With more than 1,000 employees across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, LEAP is a fast-growing global technology business where ambitious people thrive.

The Opportunity

Our vision is to become the world's most valued legal technology company. Our Sales Development team plays a key part in achieving that ambition by introducing law firms to LEAP's market-leading SaaS solutions and creating high-quality opportunities for our Sales team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients. Through thoughtful, targeted outreach, you'll learn about their challenges, introduce the value of LEAP, and qualify their needs before arranging a product demonstration with a Product Consultant.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role for someone who is curious, resilient, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. You'll receive structured training, regular coaching, and the tools you need to develop your SaaS sales skills, achieve your targets, and progress your career.

What you'll do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
