Sales Development Representative

Description

As a Sales Development Representative at NCC Group, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. You will own the end-to-end lead generation process, leveraging a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques to build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams, you will execute targeted campaigns while also creating and delivering your own innovative outreach strategies to generate demand, engage new logos, and support NCC Group's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate exciting new business opportunities through educating and inspiring potential new clients on our Security Consulting solutions, including Pen Testing, Risk Management and Governance, Cyber Incident Response, and Managed Service Solutions.
  • Taking ownership for responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and building relationships with clients.
  • Nurturing prospects and passing on qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Updating Leadership Team on Lead progression and Campaign Results.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. They will be driven, detail-oriented, a team player, and coachable. Additional requirements for this position are:

  • Sales or Recruitment experience.
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledgeable about email management programs.
  • Ability to learn about Cyber Security including the desire to develop your knowledge using a wide range of resources.
