Headquartered in the UK, our service is live in 14 international markets and rapidly expanding across Europe, Asia, and North America.
As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to play a key role in sourcing B2B leads and growing our business client base worldwide.
Role Overview
The Lead Generation Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential leads and creating opportunities for Laundryheap's B2B expansion. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong analytical and communication skills to help scale our partnerships globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to target within the business sector.
- Lead Generation: Identify and attract leads interested in Laundryheap's services through outbound prospecting (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach).
- Lead Conversion: Source the relevant point of contact for companies identified through prospecting to maximize the conversation opportunity.
- Process Management: Documenting & summarizing processes, learning, and helping to replicate successful models across international markets.
- Formulating Strategy: Optimize partnership lead quality and identify growth opportunities by developing and implementing strategic business lead generation initiatives to enhance targeting and conversion rates.
- Account Management Support: Operational management of certain accounts if required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales operations or support, lead generation, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analysis

Work Schedule and Patterns
- 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
- 9-hour shift
- Working remotely
- 1 day in the office with the London team required
