Want to become the first Junior SDR in a sales team that could soon operate across multiple countries?

SBPM is a fast-growing international field-services company supporting customers with professionally installed connected solutions. Following the UK launch of our SBPM Care package, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded person to help us introduce this new service to our UK customers.

SBPM Care provides customers with ongoing support and an annual on-site care visit, designed to help keep their installation in excellent condition. If telecom, Wi-Fi, connected homes and smart-home technology genuinely interest you, this is an opportunity to turn that affinity into practical commercial experience.

The opportunity

You will speak with customers who have already had an installation completed through our field-service network and have received information about SBPM Care by email.

Your job is to start a good conversation, understand the customer's situation, explain the benefits clearly and guide interested customers through the activation process.

This is a results-driven sales role, but trust always comes first. We want customers to choose SBPM Care because they understand its value - not because they feel pressured.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
