Sales Development Representative
Neovaa is building its sales team, and we're looking for Sales Development Representatives to bring furniture brands across the UK to the table.
We're a product visual partner for furniture brands. We create product images, cut-out and lifestyle, without a photoshoot, along with more interactive assets like 360 views, 3D configurators and AR. We're a small team working with brands in the UK and Australia, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us for the long term.
Your Role
You're the first voice a brand hears from us. You find the right furniture brands, start the conversation and book qualified meetings with our founders, then we take those meetings and handle the closing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This role is paid on commission, and you work as a freelancer to start with. You earn on both the meetings and the sales:
- A bonus for every qualified meeting that takes place.
- 20% commission on eligible net sales revenue received.
You'll work hand in hand with the founders, with a direct line to them and a real say in how we grow. We talk a lot: you share what you hear from the market, we adjust the messages together, and we all keep improving. As your results and responsibilities grow, there's room to develop your compensation and shape the role with us.
The role is fully remote, on hours that suit you, during the business hours of the brands you're calling.
This is for You If:
- You have a hunter's mindset: you go after new business every day and don't wait for it to come to you.
- You're professional, at ease on the phone and happy to reach out to people who don't know you.
- You bring ideas to the table and you're happy to test them.
- You take ownership of your results and you always follow up.
- You take feedback well and you say plainly what works and what doesn't.
- A no doesn't stop you, it tells you something.
- You don't need design training, but you can tell a beautiful product image from an average one, and you care about quality work.
