Sales Development Representative

London | £40,000 - £50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth across the UK and US markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-growth technology business, with a clear progression path into an Account Executive role.

The Role

You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Book qualified discovery and demo meetings with key decision-makers
  • Manage outreach campaigns and follow structured sales processes
  • Identify customer challenges and business needs
  • Build pipeline across target accounts and industries
  • Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and sales strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams

About You

  • 1-3 years' experience in an SDR or BDR role within B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling
  • Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to quickly understand technical products and solutions
  • Ambitious, resilient and motivated by career progression
