Sales Development Representative
London | £40,000 - £50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth across the UK and US markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-growth technology business, with a clear progression path into an Account Executive role.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Book qualified discovery and demo meetings with key decision-makers
- Manage outreach campaigns and follow structured sales processes
- Identify customer challenges and business needs
- Build pipeline across target accounts and industries
- Provide market feedback to help refine messaging and sales strategy
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams

About You
- 1-3 years' experience in an SDR or BDR role within B2B SaaS
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and cold calling
- Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to quickly understand technical products and solutions
- Ambitious, resilient and motivated by career progression
