The Opportunity
This is not a high-volume call centre SDR role. You’ll focus on:
- Smart, targeted outreach
- Relationship building
- Account nurturing
- Converting intent into qualified meetings
Your job is simple:
👉 Generate sales-ready opportunities for the Head of Growth
You’ll work closely with Marketing, attend events and conferences, and help build the foundations of a scalable revenue function.
As the team grows over the next 12–24 months, there’s genuine progression into AE, partnerships or leadership roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and engage Ideal Client Profiles (HR, Compliance, Security & Ops leaders)
- Run structured cadences across LinkedIn, phone, email and events
- Nurture accounts until buying intent is clear
- Book high-quality, qualified meetings
- Support demos and follow-ups
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns and ABM
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data
- Consistently contribute predictable pipeline each month
What We’re Looking For

- 1–3+ years SDR/BDR or business development experience (B2B preferred)
- Confident on phone, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
- Process-driven and organised
- Curious, consultative and relationship-led
- Resilient with a growth mindset
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, compliance or screening (nice to have)

What You’ll Get

- £40,000–£50,000 base salary
