About the Role
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated sales closer to join our team on a commission-only basis, closing travel agencies and tour operators as preferred Japan supplier partners on behalf of our client — an established luxury Japan travel specialist with over 20 years of in-country experience.
This is a closing role — not appointment setting. You will be speaking directly with travel agency owners and decision makers, having consultative B2B conversations, and signing them as long-term booking partners. Full training, scripts, and sales materials are provided before your first call.
What You Will Be Doing
- Cold calling and warm inbound outreach to travel agencies and tour operators across the UK
- Closing agency owners as preferred Japan supplier partners
- Managing your own pipeline and logging all activity in CRM
- Sending partner agreements and following up to ensure signatures
- Representing an established luxury travel brand professionally on every call

The Commission Structure
- $200 upfront every time you sign a new agency partner
- 7% recurring commission on every booking that agency makes
- Uncapped Commission
- One signed partner making regular bookings generates recurring income for years from a single conversation

Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, commission sales, or cold calling
- Confident on the phone and comfortable having consultative conversations with business owners
- Self-motivated
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own pipeline independently
- Fluent English speaker — additional languages a bonus
