About Openlead

Openlead connects UK commercial businesses with accredited, reputable solar installers. We provide the CRM platform, targeted prospect lists, and sales enablement infrastructure so our sales representatives can focus entirely on identifying qualified opportunities and closing handoffs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify prospective commercial solar opportunities across the UK.

In this role, you will engage business owners and commercial decision-makers by phone, evaluate their energy requirements, and hand off qualified sales opportunities to our installer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow-up emails to prospective business decision-makers.
  • Introduce Openlead’s solar installer matching services clearly and professionally.
  • Assess prospective clients’ current energy setup, roof suitability, and project timelines.
  • Accurately update contact details, call outcomes, and pipeline stages within the Openlead CRM.
  • Handoff fully qualified solar opportunities to our partner network.
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume to meet weekly and monthly qualified lead targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
