About Dixa
Dixa is the agentic customer service platform behind more than 1,000 consumer brands. We combine AI with a human touch, so brands can resolve customer questions instantly and still feel personal. Our AI agent, Mim, can resolve most routine enquiries on its own. Every email, chat, call and DM sits in one connected conversation, so no customer ever feels like a ticket number.
Customer service is changing faster than ever, and the conversations you start will put Dixa in front of the brands making that change.
About the Role
As a CX Growth Associate at Dixa, you’ll be part of a Sales Pod, a small team that owns a territory from start to finish. You’ll work every day with two CX Consultants and a CX Architect. You’ll have a real share in what the territory produces. You won’t just feed a pipeline. You’ll help build it, understand it, and see it close.
What makes this different
- You’re part of a team, not a queue. There’s no SDR floor passing meetings over a wall. You sit in the Pod with your consultants. You plan accounts together, decide which ones to go after together, and share the credit when deals close.
- You’ll see the whole deal cycle. You’ll join pipeline and deal reviews, follow the meetings you booked through to close, and sit in on post-onboarding debriefs to hear what customers actually got compared with what they were promised. Most SDRs don’t see this for years.
- Creativity counts more than call counts. Yes, outbound matters, and calls, email and LinkedIn are all part of the work. But we want you to try things: account-based campaigns with Marketing, events, co-selling with partners, and messaging you’ve tested and refined. If you have an idea for reaching a prospect that isn’t a cold call, we want to hear it.
- You’ll learn the territory, not just the script. Over time you’ll become one of the people who knows which accounts are in-market, where the pain is, and what messaging works. That knowledge feeds straight into how the Pod sells.
- There’s a real path forward. This role is the foundation for a broader commercial career within the Pod model. You’ll build the instincts of a deal-maker from your first day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
