The Opportunity:
Clover Talent is working with an ambitious and fast-growing commercial finance brokerage that is scaling its London operation as part of an exciting growth plan.
The business works with UK SMEs, helping them access a wide range of commercial finance solutions including business loans and other forms of business funding.
We are looking for an ambitious salesperson to join the team. This is a high-volume, phone-led sales role, speaking with SME business owners across the UK, identifying funding requirements, and developing new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to SME businesses across the UK
- Speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Understanding their funding requirements
- Identifying opportunities for business loans and other finance products
- Building relationships and developing new business
- Qualifying and progressing opportunities
- Working towards individual sales and revenue targets
- Developing your knowledge of commercial finance and the wider lending market

What We're Looking For:
- Ideally 1+ year of B2B sales experience
- Confident and resilient telephone manner
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive, ambitious and keen to progress
- Genuine interest in building a career within commercial finance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
