Salary: Up to £35,000 base + Uncapped Commission
Location: Manchester – Hybrid

I am currently working with a growing SaaS company looking to expand our Sales team.
About the Job
They are looking for a driven, curious, and commercially minded individual to join their Sales Development team. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities and driving new business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with high energy, confidence, and ambition - someone who enjoys building relationships, asking great questions, and learning fast. You'll be supported to succeed from day one, with clear progression opportunities into roles such as Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying inbound leads and understanding customer needs
- Generating outbound leads and new opportunities
- Managing leads and maintaining accurate CRM data
- Working closely with the Sales team
- Representing the company professionally in early-stage customer conversations

Key Requirements
- Resilience and a positive mindset
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable building rapport with new contacts
- Experience with CRM software
- Minimum 12 months' SDR or recruitment experience
