Sales Development Representative
Milton Keynes | Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office)
£35,000 - £40,000 Basic + £15,000 OTE
We're partnering with a well-funded, high-growth SaaS business that's entering an exciting new phase of expansion. Having secured circa £12m in investment, the company is continuing to scale its commercial organisation, invest heavily in product innovation and build on strong momentum in the market. The business has ambitious growth plans, a collaborative culture and a proven track record of developing talent internally.
As part of that growth, they're looking to hire Sales Development Representatives to join an established team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
The Role
This is a true outbound sales position focused on creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team. Working closely with Account Executives and senior sales leadership, you'll engage prospective customers through strategic prospecting, targeted outreach and relationship building. Targeting large organisations, you'll be responsible for opening conversations with senior decision makers, identifying opportunities and helping build a healthy sales pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
