Role: Sales Development Representative
Location: North West London
Proper Recruitment are working with a young, dynamic and fast-growing Estate Agency specialising in the Build to Rent sector who are looking for a confident and driven Sales Development Representative to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong salesperson who enjoys building relationships, qualifying leads and helping drive business growth within one of the UK's fastest-growing property sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Building rapport with prospective tenants and understanding their requirements
- Booking viewings and appointments for the lettings team
- Generating and nurturing new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records using the company CRM
- Working closely with colleagues to maximise conversions
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to handover

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role
- Estate Agency or Lettings experience beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, resilient and eager to progress within a growing business

Salary:
- ÂŁ25,000 per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]:
- ÂŁ45,000
Tenure:
- Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Office Based
