As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in expanding Epidemic Sound's footprint across the UK market. Your role will be to systematically uncover, develop, and qualify high-value business opportunities within our enterprise segment.

By driving outbound sales pipeline growth and establishing critical first contact with strategic organizations, you directly accelerate our regional revenue generation and fuel our continuous market scaling. You will join a highly motivated, fast-paced sales team based in our London office. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams to identify prospective clients and optimize our strategic target account outreach.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively research, identify, and map key decision-makers within prospective enterprise target accounts.
  • Conduct strategic outbound multi-channel prospecting via cold calling, personalized emailing, and professional networking platforms.
  • Qualify inbound sales leads and manage outbound discovery conversations to schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and Account Executives to build tailored regional messaging strategies and optimize our pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or high-volume outbound commercial role, preferably within tech, SaaS, or media sectors.
  • Proven track record of hitting outreach and pipeline qualification targets utilizing modern sales tech stacks.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an AI-native or AI-forward environment, utilizing AI models and tools to automate prospecting workflows and optimize daily outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate initial cold outreach and articulately present a consultative value proposition.
  • Highly resilient, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven team environment.
