About LIMINI

LIMINI is the AI marketing operating system and transformation partner for enterprise brands in regulated categories. We run the whole marketing workflow, from audience insight to campaign review, with brand and regulatory intelligence built in throughout.

We’re a women-owned B Corp with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification.

Why this role, why now

Global brands across healthcare, consumer goods, pharma and finance are already using LIMINI or are in our pipeline. We're hiring our first SDR to open more of those doors, and to learn enterprise selling from the people doing it.

If you want your first big sales role to be at a company where you'll speak to CMOs and General Counsel at household-name brands in your first month, this is it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Find and start conversations with senior marketers and in-house lawyers at enterprise brands, and book qualified meetings for the Head of Sales.
  • Research target accounts, work out who owns the problem we solve, and write to each person with care and attention to detail.
  • Run first discovery calls, keep the CRM clean, and feed back what you're hearing so we sharpen the pitch together.
  • Work directly with the Head of Sales and the Founder every day.

In 90 days you'll be booking qualified meetings consistently against a clear target. If you’re hitting this target, you’ll move into a closing role.

Who you are

  • You have 6-24 months in an outbound sales, recruitment or similar role, or you can show us why you'll be good at this.
  • You write well and can spot a lazy AI-drafted email at a glance and fix it.
  • You're curious about how big companies work, you're unfazed by hearing no, and you keep yourself organised without being asked.
  • You want to be measured on results because you're confident you'll hit them.

  • Share options through our EMI scheme.
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid: 2 days from our Brighton office, 3 days remote (or with prospective clients wherever needed)
  • Hands-on coaching from the Head of Sales and a clear path to progression.
