As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic growth team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and target potential enterprise clients (hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, etc.) through structured cold outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and tailored email campaigns
- Qualification & Discovery: Engage with key decision-makers, understand their operational pain points, and qualify prospective leads to build a healthy pipeline
- Opportunity Handoff: Schedule qualified discovery calls and demo meetings for Account Managers (AMs) / Business Development (BDs)/ Sales Managers, ensuring smooth handoff and complete context
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities, prospect details, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure transparent data and reporting
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from initial conversations to help refine value propositions, scripts, and target account lists in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams

Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Outbound Lead Generation, or Telesales, ideally in B2B SaaS, Hospitality Tech, Robotics, or Commercial Automation. (Energetic fresh graduates with strong sales drive are also welcome!)
- Mindset & Drive: High "Hunter" mentality, resilient against rejections, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach targets (e.g., volume of cold calls/emails)
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Cantonese / Mandarin (depending on target markets, e.g., APAC vs. EMEA) would be a bonus for this position
- Sales Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce) and outreach tools is a plus
