Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

About Leading Education

Leading Education helps ambitious students gain places at world-class universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, and other leading institutions. We work with schools and education agencies across the UK and internationally, providing premium admissions support through expert tuition programmes and an AI-powered preparation platform. Our mission is simple: to help talented students access the very best universities in the world.

Why This Role Matters

Leading Education has reached an exciting stage in its growth. Over the past eight years, we have built exceptional tuition programmes, established partnerships with schools around the world, and developed an AI-powered admissions platform. We know our products work. Our challenge is no longer building them—it's introducing them to more schools and education agencies. As our Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating the opportunities that fuel our growth. Every new partnership begins with somebody finding the right organization, making the first call, or sending the first email. Without a steady pipeline of qualified leads, we cannot continue to grow. This role sits at the heart of our commercial team.

What Exceptional Looks Like

The people who thrive in this role are naturally persistent and genuinely enjoy the process of finding opportunities. They don't get discouraged when they can't reach the right person first time—they simply try another route. They take pride in building organized prospect lists, writing thoughtful outreach emails, and making confident phone calls.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
