About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to join our New Business team at Omniplex Learning!

As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers. You’ll engage with inbound leads, understand their needs and identify valuable sales opportunities for our New Business team. Through thoughtful discovery conversations and a consistent qualification process, you’ll help create a strong pipeline and support our continued growth.
What will you do?
You’ll guide prospective customers through the initial stages of their journey with OL, turning inbound interest into well-qualified opportunities for the wider sales team. You will:

- Qualify inbound leads against agreed criteria to identify genuine sales opportunities
- Engage prospective customers via multiple channels, with phone calls being a key method of outreach
- Hold effective discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s needs and requirements
- Book qualified meetings for the New Business closing team
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM and Outreach, working closely with the wider New Business team to ensure a smooth handover
Who are we looking for?
You’re naturally curious, proactive and enjoy connecting with people. You’re confident asking questions, understanding different perspectives and helping people find the right solution to their needs. You’ll bring:
- A positive, resilient attitude and the motivation to work towards goals and targets
- Excellent communication with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and uncover customer needs
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Curiosity, drive and a genuine desire to build a career in sales
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, commercial or sales environment would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
- The ability to be based in the office full-time
