Experienced Sales Development Representative

Salary: base £40,000 X2 OTE

We’re hiring for a growing fintech company building AI that turns natural-language business requests into governed, validated actions inside enterprise systems, enforcing business rules and exposure limits with full audit trails. Since being founded they have had 100% client retention and are now looking for an experienced SDR to help drive new business across both buy and sell-side financial institutions in the UK.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a new business hunter selling SaaS/Tech into Capital Markets.
  • Strong experience independently qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales experience working for a small/medium-size fintech (preferred) rather than solely large enterprise.
  • Consistently outperforms personal sales quotas.
  • Remote role, but easy accessibility into London is strongly preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Pure new business focus: independently qualify opportunities across the UK market (defined as: case identified + sponsor confirmed + budget present).
  • KPIs: qualified opportunities over pure call volume.
  • Opportunity for strong performer to progress quickly into senior sales position.
