Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, primarily through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospective clients in the small to medium-sized business segment. The SDR will nurture leads, schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, and maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, understanding their travel needs, presenting Corporate Traveller UK’s solutions, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns. The role also involves meeting activity and conversion targets, contributing insights from prospect interactions, and supporting a high-energy, customer-focused sales environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with experience engaging prospects and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle. Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development, including researching accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build rapport across phone, email, and video. Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools to manage pipelines and track activities. Comfort working toward measurable targets and KPIs in a fast-paced commercial environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Background in travel, hospitality, or B2B services is beneficial but not required. Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or related fields.
