The role
We're working with a fast-growing, well-funded business to help build out their sales team, and we're looking for SDRs/BDRs to join them. This is a rare chance to get in with a company that's found strong product-market fit and is scaling fast, multiplying revenue year on year, with sales roles making up a big part of that growth. They're backed by some of the world's most respected venture investors.
They operate in a huge, often overlooked global industry, a sector worth trillions and touching well over a million businesses worldwide. They sell a combination of data products, software, and AI agents, positioning themselves as the operating system for this industry. As they scale the sales team, they're looking for someone ready to take real ownership of the role and grow with the business.
Cold calling is core to how the team works, and the role's main focus is booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive. You'll have access to excellent tools and support, with a target of booking 5 meetings a week. They're investing heavily in getting people there.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
