Referment is working with a fast-growing enterprise technology company to hire an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its London sales team.

The company provides enterprise software to some of the world's largest organisations and is continuing to expand across international markets.

This is an outbound-focused role where you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities within large enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with senior salespeople across multiple regions, researching target organisations, engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified meetings and opportunities.

This isn't a high-volume, scripted SDR environment. You'll be selling a sophisticated technology proposition into large organisations, so you'll need to understand your target accounts, identify the right people and communicate a compelling reason for them to engage.

The Role

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Researching target organisations and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Prospecting into large enterprise accounts.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Generating qualified meetings and opportunities for the wider sales team.
  • Using phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to engage prospects.
  • Cold calling regularly as a core part of your outreach.
  • Developing tailored messaging for different industries, organisations and buyer personas.
  • Managing and developing your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Working closely with Sales Directors to develop account strategies.
  • Using CRM, sales intelligence and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your outreach.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's technology, customers and target markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Previous experience selling into financial services would be particularly relevant, although we're also interested in people who have sold complex enterprise technology into other industries.

This could suit an experienced SDR, BDR, Enterprise SDR or Enterprise BDR looking to join a growing technology company and develop towards a closing sales position.
