This role is specifically designed for a sales professional who understands how to navigate complex organizations and engage Director-level stakeholders at large enterprises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing personalized, non-scripted outreach to secure qualified sales meetings for clients.
The team is currently seeking specialists with a deep background in the Telecommunications sector to handle mid-market campaigns where technical knowledge and credibility are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns, averaging 180 dials per day with a focus on achieving 1.5 hours of daily talk time.
- Identify and engage Decision Makers (DMs) within large organizations using direct mobile outreach via tools such as Lusha or ZoomInfo.
- Utilize advanced sales techniques, including pattern interrupts and permission-based openers, to move past gatekeepers and avoid "pitch slapping."
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to ensure all booked appointments meet "SAT" status, meaning the prospect joins the meeting and is fully qualified.
- Manage and maintain accurate data within Microsoft Office and relevant CRM systems.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets of 1 to 3 SAT meetings per day, depending on the specific client campaign.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in pure B2B cold calling, with a proven track record of booking meetings with enterprise-level Directors.
- At least 2 years of specific experience within the Telecommunications sector, particularly Mid-Market.
- Exceptional English communication skills (10/10 proficiency), with the ability to handle complex objections naturally.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to uncover pain points and solve problems rather than following a rigid script.
- Disciplined approach to remote work, adhering to 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM GMT working hours, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
Nice to Haves
- Previous experience using Lusha or ZoomInfo for lead intelligence.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior remote team members, as there is potential for leadership progression.
