Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaker) based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing technology sales organization focused on creating new business opportunities across global markets. As a Sales Development Representative, you will connect with prospective customers, identify relevant projects, and build a strong pipeline across multiple industries. You will combine inbound engagement, outbound campaigns, market research, and account mapping to uncover and develop new opportunities. The position involves close collaboration with regional sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, as well as interaction with customers and senior stakeholders. You may also represent the business at international conferences and events, creating face-to-face opportunities and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate is ambitious, curious, persistent, and passionate about the intersection of technology and business.
Accountabilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat, responding professionally and identifying opportunities aligned with the organization’s solutions.
- Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to engage prospective customers and generate qualified opportunities.
- Research prospective customers, industries, accounts, and market trends to identify relevant projects and potential areas for growth.
- Build and nurture a high-value sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across international markets.
- Map customer accounts and engage with both new and existing contacts to uncover additional opportunities and establish productive relationships.
- Schedule and participate in customer meetings, working closely with sales teams to progress qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and other internal teams to coordinate campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and international events, supporting booth activities and generating face-to-face sales and marketing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and global opportunities throughout the sales development process.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales development processes, policies, and team practices.
- Work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and achieve shared objectives.

Requirements
- Strong academic performance at school and university, or an equivalent record demonstrating high achievement and learning ability.
- Fluency in Arabic, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Genuine interest in technology, business, and the commercial impact of emerging technologies.
- A results-oriented mindset with ambition, persistence, resilience, and a strong drive to achieve demanding goals.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, with the flexibility to adapt to new technologies, markets, processes, and customer needs.
- Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to investigate unfamiliar markets and identify potential opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, campaigns, conversations, and priorities effectively.
- Collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across sales, marketing, and other teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally several times per year for internal events, conferences, and customer-facing activities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership while contributing ideas to improve team processes and performance.
