Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, averaging 50 targeted calls per day.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the insurance and finance sectors.
- Master and communicate the value proposition of automation software to manual-heavy insurance organizations.
- Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records and manage your pipeline within Salesforce.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine your sales technique using the company’s proprietary sales methodology.
Requirements
- Professional experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry (you don’t need to have sold insurance, but you must understand how these businesses operate).
- Previous experience in a B2B Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development (BDR) role.
- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- A coachable, curious mindset with a high degree of determination and professional affability.

Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience selling SaaS or Automation software solutions.
- Direct experience working within the UK insurance market.
- A track record of exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive contractor compensation.
- £200 incentive when target is achieved.
- £500 incentive for over-performance against target.
- Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
