Sales Development Representative

About Landytech
Landytech is the company behind Sesame, the investment management platform that gives family offices, trust companies, private banks, and other sophisticated asset owners a single, reliable view of their wealth. We help firms consolidate data across 500+ custodians, run institutional-grade analytics, automate investment reporting, and collaborate without the usual spreadsheet chaos. Our mission is to revolutionize access to investment data and insights from one central platform.
We are a high-growth B2B fintech, backed by Aquiline Technology Growth, with offices in London, Paris, and Pune. Being part of Landytech means joining a team of ambitious people solving some of the hardest problems in investment technology.
The Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to create and progress qualified pipeline for Sales. Sitting within Marketing and reporting to the VP Marketing, you will work daily with Sales and closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Partnerships.
You will own inbound qualification, run targeted outbound activity against defined ICP accounts, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team. This is not a traditional high-volume SDR role. Our buyers are senior people in family offices, trust companies, and private banks, so the work is consultative, account-based, and quality-led. You will need strong commercial judgment, clear communication, and the confidence to represent Landytech credibly.
The role also has a strong systems mindset. We are actively automating parts of inbound and outbound activity, including conversational qualification and routing. We want someone who uses AI, CRM, and GTM tools to work smarter, identifies repetitive work that should not stay manual, and helps us improve the SDR operating model over time.
If you are excited by modern GTM — HubSpot, sequencing, routing, website chat, and thoughtful automation — while still enjoying conversations with sophisticated financial-services prospects, this could be a great fit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and qualify inbound leads, including demo requests, website conversations, and other high-intent enquiries, with fast and high-quality follow-up.
- Run targeted outbound activity against defined ICP accounts and campaigns, using research and personalization rather than generic high-volume outreach.
- Book qualified meetings for Sales and maintain disciplined follow-up so good conversations do not stall.
- Prepare clean handoffs to Sales, including relevant context, qualification notes, and clear next steps.
- Work with Marketing on ABM campaigns, events, and campaign follow-up, turning interest into pipeline.
- Represent Landytech credibly in selected prospect conversations and occasional events.
- Keep HubSpot accurate and current and help ensure leads and opportunities are routed to the right person.
- Support experiments with new channels, messaging, and prospecting approaches, then double down on what works.
- Identify repetitive SDR work that can be automated and help implement or improve those workflows alongside Marketing and Sales.
- Use our GTM stack effectively — including HubSpot, sequencing and prospecting tools, routing, website chat/conversational tools, and AI-assisted workflows — to increase productivity without replacing judgment.
What We’re Looking For
You are likely to succeed in this role if you are:
- Commercially confident and articulate, with the presence to speak to senior financial-services prospects.
- Proactive, organized, and reliable when it comes to follow-up.
- Strong with CRM and GTM systems, ideally HubSpot.
- Curious about AI, automation, and workflow design and see them as ways to do better work.
- Analytical enough to spot process inefficiencies and practical enough to help fix them.
- Comfortable operating within a lean GTM team without needing a rigid playbook for every situation.
- Fluent in English; an additional language would be a plus.
Experience
- Typically 2+ years' experience in sales development, BDR, or a similar commercial role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Financial-services or fintech experience is useful, but not essential if you can learn a complex proposition quickly and hold a credible conversation.
- Experience with sequencing or prospecting platforms, routing tools, website chat, or AI/automation workflows would be a strong advantage.
