Commission-Only Role - Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote Role

ABOUT THE JOB

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing outbound sales team.

Uncapped commission, OTE: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

IMPORTANT: PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 12 months' experience in an SDR, BDR, appointment setting role
  • You have experience working with the UK Market
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound cold calls
  • Reliable laptop, headset, and internet connection for remote work

Applications that do not meet the minimum experience requirements are unlikely to be considered.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Have previous experience in cold-calling, appointment setting, SDR, or BDR roles
  • Are confident speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone
  • Enjoy outbound sales and are comfortable spending a significant portion of your day prospecting
  • Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Take ownership of your results and don't require constant supervision
  • Are resilient and can handle rejection professionally
  • Are highly organised and capable of managing multiple prospects and conversations simultaneously
  • Want a long-term career in sales rather than "just another job"
  • Are motivated by performance, progression, and earning potential

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new sales opportunities through phone outreach, social selling, and personalised email campaigns
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently working towards and hitting sales targets
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data by accurately logging all prospect interactions
  • Qualify leads using agreed criteria to ensure only strong opportunities are passed to clients
  • Bring a positive, self-starting mindset and contribute to a supportive, high-performance team culture
  • Represent our clients professionally across all written and verbal communication
  • Stay organised to ensure prospect data and activity are accurate and up to date
  • Produce clear, accurate reports for all booked meetings and opportunities
  • Actively engage in team incentives, competitions, and culture-building initiatives
