Our client is a long-established leader in the UK non-ferrous metals industry, proudly family-owned for over 100 years. With nine sites across the country and a turnover of £75 million, they’re continuing to grow—most recently with the launch of their dedicated Aerospace Division.

As part of this exciting new chapter, they’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to work alongside the Regional Director and help shape the future of this division. Based out of their brand-new, modern offices in Basingstoke, you’ll join a passionate team focused on innovation, growth, and long-term success.

Your Role as a Sales Development Representative

  • Identify and research potential clients within the aerospace and engineering sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed commercial targets and growth KPIs.
