Job Description

Title: Sales Development Representative, Benelux

Location: London (Shoreditch)

Reports to: Global SDR Manager

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to build pipeline for Benelux, our newest European market. Based in London, you'll be the first SDR dedicated to the region, working closely with our Account Executive, Benelux, and reporting to our Global SDR Manager.

You'll own top-of-funnel outbound for Benelux, researching and qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the Account Executive to run, all from London.

As the region grows, we expect this role to grow with it.

Responsibilities & Skills Needed

  • Outbound prospecting. Research and reach out to prospects across Benelux by phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Qualification. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile, and book meetings for the Account Executive, Benelux.
  • Pipeline hygiene. Keep HubSpot up to date with accurate, current prospect and activity data.
  • Regional and language fit. Tailor outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects and the way the Benelux market works.
  • Product knowledge. Build a working understanding of our product and customers so conversations land credibly.
  • Cross-team collaboration. Work closely with the Account Executive, Benelux, our Global SDR Manager, and Marketing on outbound messaging tailored to the region.

About you

  • Experience in an SDR or BDR role, or a strong, high-energy communicator ready to learn the craft
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and resilient in the face of rejection
  • Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Curious and organised, with the drive to become an Uptick product expert
  • Comfortable with the ambiguity of building a brand-new region from scratch
