Who we are
Deskless workers keep our lights on, our fiber connected, our energy flowing, and our infrastructure running. Yet the productivity revolution has largely passed them by.
Zinier exists to close that gap. We build software that empowers deskless workers and the businesses that support them to work smarter, stay ahead, and adapt to changing market conditions.
We’re a remote-first, global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, backed by leading investors including Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures.
What we are looking for
Zinier is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the UK to support our expansion across France and the Benelux region.
As an SDR, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts across your assigned region, building relationships with target accounts and generating qualified sales pipeline. You’ll develop a strong understanding of our target personas and engage prospects through email, phone, events, and other outreach channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
