The Role

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. Your role will involve sourcing and running the first interactions that we have with potential new enterprise clients. How will you do this? Ravelin’s SDR’s work closely in “pods” with senior members of the sales teams to find the right people to speak to, run first class discovery and demo sessions to create momentum in the sale and ensure that each interaction we have with a merchant brings us a little closer to a new customer. The day to day work requires an organised and strategic mind that can track many different campaigns of outreach across different industries. The SDR role will also require the new “Ravelino” to work closely not only with the Sales Team but also the marketing, account management and pre-sales functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
