Job Summary

We’re hiring a high-output Sales Development Representative for a remote tech sales role focused on aggressive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

This is a performance-driven role requiring comfort with high-volume cold calling (300+ dials per day), as well as strong lead sourcing and qualification skills.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and qualifying opportunities in fast-growing industries like cybersecurity and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling (300+ dials daily) to generate new opportunities
  • Source leads independently using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)
  • Identify and research target accounts across cybersecurity, tech, and AI sectors
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs analysis
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach and targeting strategies

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
  • Proven experience with high-volume cold calling environments
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (non-negotiable)
  • Strong background in lead sourcing and lead qualification
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient

  • Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot
