Role Description
The Sales Development Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the SDR will identify and qualify new business opportunities, primarily through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted prospecting in key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential customers, initiating contact via phone, email, and social channels, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team. The SDR will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns, and provide feedback from prospects to help shape product positioning. This role is well-suited to a goal-oriented individual who is motivated by building pipelines, engaging prospects, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-moving health tech environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience qualifying prospects and building robust sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development activities, including outbound prospecting, opportunity nurturing, and supporting deal progression.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms, and using data to prioritize outreach and track performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively across office and remote settings.
- Motivated, resilient mindset with a willingness to learn about health tech, musculoskeletal health, and workplace wellbeing.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or health technology sales is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
