Storm Xccessories LTD is a leading supplier of automotive accessories across Europe, with headquarters in Swatragh, Northern Ireland, and a branch in Tewkesbury, England. We carry a huge range of products, including hard tops, load bed liners, tonneau covers, wheels, and tyres. Storm Xccessories is one of the main importers of pick-up truck accessories throughout the UK and Ireland and markets its own “Ridgeback” commercial hardtops. A dedicated sales team supports customers with expert product knowledge and application advice, positioning the company as a reliable and service-oriented partner in the automotive sector.

Role Description

The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, hybrid role both home- and office-based in Tewkesbury. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and creating new opportunities, supporting the wider sales team in growing the customer base.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Researching potential customers
  • Making calls and sending emails to prospects
  • Scheduling appointments and carrying out face-to-face customer visits
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with the sales and management teams to understand customer needs, promote Storm Xccessories’ product range, and help ensure a smooth and professional sales experience. The role also involves contributing to sales campaigns, following up on marketing-generated leads, and providing feedback to improve processes and customer engagement.

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
  • Proven Sales and Business Development capabilities, including building relationships and supporting revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience in automotive accessories or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
  • Ability to work on and off site in Tewkesbury and collaborate effectively as part of a sales team.
  • Relevant education or training in sales, business, or a related field is an advantage.
