The Company

PE-backed AdTech business in full scale mode. This is execution, not experimentation. Circa €25M ARR today, tracking beyond €30M by year end. Real momentum. Their platform helps global brands create, manage and scale digital advertising more efficiently, supporting some of the world's most recognised names across retail, gaming, technology and consumer sectors. Established GTM engine, strong leadership team and significant investment behind continued growth across Europe.

The Opportunity

This is a German speaking role. DACH is one of the company's most important growth markets and a major area of investment over the next 12-24 months.

We're looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to help drive that growth, creating opportunities with enterprise marketing, brand and digital leaders across the region. You'll sit at the front of the GTM motion, partnering closely with an experienced Account Executive and owning the early stages of the sales process.

Whilst outbound prospecting remains a core part of the role, you'll be supported by an established marketing function, proven messaging and a business that already has strong market traction. This isn't a "dial 200 people a day" environment. It's about quality conversations with the right buyers. Expect clear expectations. Around 7-8 SQLs per month. Enterprise stakeholders. Longer sales cycles. Strategic conversations with senior decision-makers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
