Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Salary: £38k - £42K base + £16.4K OTE (dependent on experience)
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Fonoa’s next growth phase, generating pipeline and opening doors with senior finance and operations leaders at some of the world’s most exciting companies.
High performers can experience clear, tangible progression into an Account Executive position, with the support, training, and deal exposure needed to get there quickly.
You will:
- Identify and engage high-value target accounts across global markets
- Lead intelligent, insight-driven outreach into finance and tax leaders
- Qualify complex business challenges and uncover expansion opportunities
- Consistently generate high-quality meetings and pipeline for the AE team
- Work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and strategy

About You
- Some experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR or BDR or similar)
- Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by progression into a closing role
- Interest in SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven technology
- Right to work in the UK
