SDRs at LoyaltyLion

SDRs at LoyaltyLion play a crucial part in our high-performing sales team. They are the first point of contact for our prospective customers, and are responsible for educating them about our product and value proposition.

Whilst we don’t ask for any direct experience, we do look for selection of skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 2:1 degree qualification
  • A willingness to learn, ask questions, and adapt quickly
  • An appetite for knowledge and numbers
  • Spades of motivation and resilience
  • An entrepreneurial drive - we're a small company so the impact of your work can be seen and felt

As an SDR, your key responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and hit activity targets
  • Qualify and connect with new leads via LinkedIn messaging, emails, calls and live chat.
  • Learn the product and value proposition thoroughly, in order to educate prospective customers
  • Create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM/Salesforce system
  • Collaborate with revenue operations, marketing and other teams to improve our sales processes and outreach strategies
